The poetry of life

listen and nearly laugh out loud!

Listen to the poems via our YouTube channel below, or buy the book; it's great to lighten the mood on your bus or train commute. not while driving though. :)

It sounds better when you read it though, which of course might be quite mundane :)

In a world of coffee mugs and laundry piles,

Where socks go missing, ev'ry once in a while.

The alarm clock rings, much to our dismay,

As we grumble and groan, starting another day.

Microwave dings and the toast tends to burn,

Forgot my password, now I must relearn!

Traffic’s a mess, as always, you see,

And I’m sure I lost that crucial house key.

But amidst this chaos, one thing is true,

Life's little quirks, they’re nothing new.

Yet we smile and laugh, come what may,

For the mundane is what makes our everyday!
